Hello Friends!

It is Spring and we are talking to many new clients and discussing the best venues in Santa Barbara to fit both their style and budget needs.  Being that we are asked about venues all the time we thought we would share a few of our FAVES with you, in no particular order.

Ritz Carlton The Bacara

The Bacara has sweeping ocean views that take your breath away.  Their bluff for ceremonies will take your breath away.  The have the ability to do both large and small events and when all your friends stay at the resort you will have a ball at their gorgeous pools.

Santa Barbara Historical Museum

We love the blank canvas that the space provides and its location (smack dab in the center of downtown).  We like the history behind the space and the true ability to make it whatever your heart desires.

Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara

We love the ocean views and the grounds that are super lush.  The service and food are both amazing and you and your guests will feel like the most important people of the night.

The Californian

You know we love Morocco!  The entire vibe of this hotel is so chic and cool and makes you feel like you just stepped in the most gorgeous read.  The ballroom has neutral carpet, I repeat, neutral carpet and killer wallpaper.  It is a glamorous bride's dream space.  If you are looking for a great outdoor space, then their rooftop is insane!  It has sweeping views of city of Santa Barbara and the ocean.

Alisal Guest Ranch

Are you looking for an amazing resort to buyout and have your friends and family around you all weekend long?  Alisal in Solvang (just north of Santa Barbara) has activities for everyone- fishing, horseback riding, golfing, archery, swimming and so much more.  They have a spot on the ranch called Proposal Point that overlooks their private lake.  It is jaw dropping.

Wine Cask

The Wine Cask in Santa Barbara is one of my favorite venues because it is both intimate and historic.  The venue has many ways it can be used and many different private spaces for weddings all types and sizes.  Their is a patio that features lavender and a sweet little fountain.  Their event menus are hands down one of our favorites, because the guests get to to order just like they are dining at the restaurant- so many options for each course!

Belmond El Encanto

Located in the Santa Barbara Riviera they have a beautiful ballroom and an even more stunning lily pond.  The venue is a craftsman style dream and has a great neutral palette.

San Ysidro Ranch

Are you looking for a hotel that doesn't feel like a hotel?  Well the San Ysidro Ranch is just that spot.  The vegetable garden, rose gardens and the fields of lavender are really a dream come true.  The guests stay in gorgeous cottages that are filled with unique antiques and furnishings.

Willing to travel or look outside of Santa Barbara, then may we suggest-

The Lodge at Malibou Lake

The venue is stunning.  Recently remodeled there are so many extras that come with this venue.  It sits on Malibou Lake in Agoura Hills, CA.  The chef cooks up fun and creative food.  You will love this place if you want something you haven't seen a million times, something with great bones and history.

Runway Vineyards

We loved building a wedding space on this Santa Maria vineyard.  There are stunning views of the grape vines and rolling hills.  Oh and the wine is AMAZING!  If you are looking for a vineyard that is a blank canvas look no further.

We hope that you like our list of our current favorite venues.  If you have any questions about these venues feel free to email us.

xoxo
