Sharon and Howard's Wedding Part II

Event planners and designers are adaptable … when faced with a challenge we figure it out. When we unexpectedly had to change our morning ceremony location we went back to figuring out what our client’s “most important” things were - grass and garden.  When we couldn’t find an ocean view garden that felt just right we created one.  At midnight a truck backed into the Four Seasons and out came the palettes of sod.  Sod was laid, hedges were placed and a ceremony in the round was created on the La Pacifica Terrace.  The team worked from Midnight until 9:30am making sure the details were in place, installing in silence and creating something that had never been created before.  Simultaneously we were building out and draping the brunch space in Palmera Garden and the cocktail space on Loggia Terrace with green hydrangeas that hung upside down.  The ceremony went off without a hitch.  The personal details like the bride’s niece signing her down the aisle and the officiant that had everyone in stitches - it was magical.  Afterwards servers lined the path with an ombre assortment of champagne cocktails for guests to enjoy as they walked across the street.  Brunch was designed to look like a sunrise, soft and girly- blush, rose quartz, amethyst, jade green and a hint of dusty blue.  Guests dined on the cobble stone terrace under sheer white organza at tables filled with lush florals.  Brunch was plentiful and abundant featuring all of the bride and groom’s favorite items from their many stays at the resort.  After brunch guests sat poolside all afternoon enjoying the sunshine and each other’s company.
