The first place you can include patterns is in the invitations, it is the first glimpse of the event your guests will see. Invitation suites set the tone and give a sneak preview for what is to come. Try to include a pattern that you can add in to other places. That could be the napkins or the escort cards, it keeps the theme cohesive.

Another way to bring some patterns in is to use patterned linens. You can decide to have every linen in the same pattern, or just have a statement cake table or head table. Using patterned linens brings dimension to the venue, it is so exciting to look out on a group of tables covered in patterns!

Bridesmaid dresses can also be patterned, go for a gorgeous floral or sequin embellishments. Patterned bridesmaid dresses make the bride stand out and also looks stunning in photos. When choosing dresses you can even mix patterns, just make sure they go together well.

The use of patterns is also a way to introduce some trendier elements. An ikat or bright tropical pattern updates the look of the event. Patterns are an excellent way to bring in some color and special touches. Pick a pattern you love and place it all around your event for a special touch!
