We believe in open and transparent communication. It's one of our core values. In times like these, this type of communication is more important than ever.

I'm personally reaching out to update you on what Magnolia Event Design & Planning is doing to care for both our team and clients during this recent COVID-19 pandemic.

  • We are increasing the strength and frequency of cleaning and disinfection in our office, focusing heavily on frequently-touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks, per CDC guidelines.

  • We are encouraging everyone to wash hands frequently throughout the day. We are practicing social distancing and conducting meetings via Skype, FaceTime and taking calls and starting Monday limiting in person meetings, as well as finding temporary alternatives to handshakes, high-fives, hugs, etc.

  • We are encouraging everyone to stay home if they are ill. We are closely monitoring CDC.gov for updates and communicating these updates to our team.

  • We are in direct communication with our clients whose events and weddings are coming up and keeping open lines of communication.

  • We are forgoing all non-essential events of over 250 people, however per the governor’s directive, this does NOT include: weddings, funerals and farmers markets.
