Megan and Sean's Malibu Wedding
Most of you know that we were called by Megan Thomas and Sean Lourdes on a warm July day to plan their wedding. What you don’t all know is that the day they called to interview us was July 1st, 2019 and they wanted to be married on July 7, 2019- only a few days later. They didn’t have a single thing- marriage license, wedding dress, venue, caterer etc. etc. but what they did have was each other and their strong desire to get married right away.
We set out looking at venues in both Santa Barbara and Malibu and due to the wedding being filmed for TV and needing to get through paperwork as quickly as possible we decided on a private estate called Cypress Sea Cove. You may remember the estate from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It is the same venue that Denise Richards said I do.
Once we decided on a venue we went to work booking all of the other details, from a vegan wedding menu to a vegan wedding cake, lighting, linens, rentals, valet and so much more. It was fast planning and each detail was thought through, analyzed and set into motion.
