Escort Card Displays

Escort cards are used to assign your guests to their table and are usually arranged in neat rows. Displays of escort cards are frequently overlooked when it comes to wedding planning. Instead of neglecting this detail, add some special touches to really amaze your guests. Here are some examples of escort card displays that flawlessly fit with the theme of each wedding.

The first example is a classic white escort card display with a twist. The cards are arranged alongside a hedge in a cross hatched pattern. Spacing out the cards makes them easier for guests to find, and the patterned design elevates the look of the white cards. Guest names are written in calligraphy, matching the style of the other printed materials. The escort cards complemented the all white theme, keeping with the elegant and timeless style of the wedding.

Escort cards from this Santa Barbara wedding were placed in leather luggage tags. The décor was inspired by travel, so a globe was added to the escort card table as well. Bright, colorful florals brought in pinks and reds to the display. The luggage tags also function as a wedding favor for the guests to take on future adventures. Making your escort cards function as a parting gift saves you a step in the planning process and is extremely creative!

This wedding used small bottles of wine as escort cards. Each bottle had a tag, which listed the guest’s name and table name. The tables were named after different types of wine, a unique detail from this green and black affair. Each bottle also had a label around it that featured the bride and groom’s initials and the date of the wedding. The escort card table was also surrounded by huge black and white balloons, and a wide variety of white floral arrangements.

This escort card display was all about the glitter! Gold disco balls, to match the one hanging above the dance floor, held the cards with guest’s names on them. The table was draped with a navy-blue linen which was covered in sequins. The disco balls were nestled in a pile of pile of crystal-like stones, the whole display added an element of whimsy to the big day.
